The process of Executive Search involves external management consulting professionals used to identify,
attract, and refer qualified candidates for important executive and professional positions in your hospital.
Executive Outplacement
Each outplacement service is customized to your executive's needs. Specific program elements are individually
developed for every executive. There is no place for "canned" or workbook approaches in executive
outplacement. We work with very few senior executives in outplacement, and our outplacement services are
only offered to hospital executives.
Continuity Plan for Sustained Healthcare Leadership ®
The Continuity Plan for Sustained Healthcare Leadership ® is focused on the Chief Executive Officer and his/
her Executive Leadership Team and provides a three-part succession plan for each member of the hospital’s
Executive Leadership Team as well as Individual Development Plans for selected hospital executives.
The overall plan is monitored and reports on its progress are made regularly to the President and the Board.
Key Executive Leadership Development
The Key Executive Leadership Development service assists hospitals and executives in evaluating specific
executive management development needs; and provides career planning and executive coaching services to
help hospitals and executives in achieving better performance.
Physician Executive Management Development
This service helps hospitals and physician executives to identify the training, experiential, and awareness
elements that physician executives need to become health care business executives or to become more
successful health care business executives.
Plus, we assist the physician executive through ongoing consulting and coaching to achieve and develop these
elements.
